The Wrangler is a weekly online publication that explores storytelling in all forms of media.
We publish critical reviews and analytical essays about narrative, craft, and what it means to tell a damn good story. We define “storytelling” as the art of combining characters, a setting, a conflict or change, and/or plot.
We believe that art should be deeply considered by anyone who cares to seriously discuss it. You don’t need to be a media expert or a cultural critic to join the conversation.
The Wrangler is a space for people to dissect, analyze, and more deeply understand the stories that surround us — the good, the bad, and those that stick with us long after they end.
